Cancellation Policy
100% Refund
Cancelled 7+ days before check-in
50% Refund
Cancelled 3–7 days before check-in
No Refund
Cancelled within 3 days of check-in
Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. No-shows will be treated as same-day cancellations.

Smoking Policy
- This is a strictly Non-Smoking property
- Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside the rooms or cottage
- Designated smoking area available outside the compound gate
- Violation will result in a cleaning fee of ₹2,000
- E-cigarettes and vaping also not permitted indoors

Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol consumption is permitted responsibly within the cottage premises
- Please do not create disturbances or excessive noise while consuming alcohol
- Guests are responsible for purchasing their own alcohol (no in-house alcohol service)
- Alcohol-related damage will be charged to the guest
- Guests must be of legal drinking age (21+)

Pet Policy
- Pets are NOT allowed within the cottage premises
- Please arrange alternative accommodation for your pets
- Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund

Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Please keep noise levels minimal during these hours
- Music and audio must be kept at a low level after 10 PM
- Out of respect for neighbours and other guests
- Events and gatherings must end by 9:30 PM

Property & Damage Policy
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property
- Costs of repairs/replacements will be charged to the guest
- Please report any pre-existing damage at check-in
- Furniture and fixtures must not be moved without permission
- A security deposit may be collected at check-in for full cottage bookings
- Checkout inspection will be conducted before refunding deposits

Guest Verification
- All adult guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID
- Acceptable IDs: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID
- Guest details will be recorded as per government regulations
- Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details
- Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight

- Maximum occupancy must not exceed the booked capacity
- Any additional guests must be reported and approved
- Lawrence Cottage is a family-friendly property — maintain decorum
- Commercial photography/videography requires prior written permission
- Garbage to be disposed of in provided dustbins only
- No open fires, fireworks, or firecrackers on premises
📌 Agreement
By confirming a booking at Lawrence Cottage, you agree to abide by all the above rules and policies. Lawrence Cottage reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in case of serious violation of any policy. For any clarifications, please contact us before booking.
